The Footwork Mastery module will teach you everything you need to improvise/freestyle using house dance footwork. You’ll learn how to connect moves together, tune in to music, dance with confidence, develop your own personal style, and more! This module makes up 15 weeks of the 50-week course.
NEW to this season is the introduction of our strength/mobility/self-care section guided by Laura Kirkeby InnerMostYou (and demonstrated by me!).
